The Gypsies of Bijapur

Seeking for a shelter in the city,
For them to offer a job,no one feels pity;
Making tools of iron here in Bijapur is what they do,
When they earn enough, to another city they are ready to move.

Living beside the crowded roads,
On their shoulders they carry those heavy metal loads;
Their children sometimes starve,as they don't get enough food,
They keep on asking God to give them a life which is good.

Each one seeks a happy life to live,
I ask God,for contended lives for those poor gypsies to live.
Worry not,my dear gypsies of Bijapur,
For God shall bless thee.
